New methods:

closeMIMEEntities closes MIME processing associated with items of a specified name.
createMIMEEntity creates a top-level MIME entity in a document.
getMIMEEntity gets a top-level MIME entity in a document.
getItemValueCustomData returns as an object the value of an item containing custom data.
getItemValueCustomDataBytes returns as a byte array the value of an item containing custom data.
replaceItemValueCustomData replaces all items of the specified name with one new item, which is assigned specified custom data.
replaceItemValueCustomDataBytes replaces all items of the specified name with one new item, which is assigned specified custom data.
send has two additional methods, send() and send(boolean attachform), to allow omission of recipients. The document being sent must contain a SendTo item if you omit the recipients.
