New properties:

HeaderFontColor is the font color of the header in a column.
HeaderFontFace is the font face of the header in a column.
HeaderFontPointSize is the font point size of the header in a column.
HeaderFontStyle is the font style of the header in a column.
IsFontBold indicates bold for FontStyle.
IsFontItalic indicates italic for FontStyle.
IsFontStrikethrough indicates strikethrough for FontStyle.
IsFontUnderline indicates underline for FontStyle.
IsHeaderFontBold indicates bold for HeaderFontStyle.
IsHeaderFontItalic indicates italic for HeaderFontStyle.
IsHeaderFontStrikethrough indicates strikethrough for HeaderFontStyle.

IsNumberAttribParens indicates parentheses on negative numbers for NumberAttrib.
